The Land Profits 3-Day Challenge is a free, live training with Ella, for complete beginners and seasoned investors alike. Each evening covers one part of the planning uplift model, then you put it straight to work on your own area.

I started out as a land buyer for housebuilders. By 21 I was sitting in planning committee meetings and spending 40 hours a week learning how planning permission creates value.

In 2018 my partner Phil and I did our first two planning uplift deals on our own and made £280,000. In 2020 I started Land Profits to teach the model properly.

I'm not a course creator who's never done a deal. I still do this every single day.

What will I learn at the Land Profits Challenge?

You'll learn the complete system for finding off-market land deals, appraising them accurately, navigating planning, and selling for substantial profits, all without large upfront capital or construction risk.

Who is this challenge for?

Anyone interested in building wealth through land, whether you're a complete beginner, an experienced property investor looking for better returns, or a professional wanting to add land to your portfolio.

Is this suitable for beginners?

Absolutely. The system is designed to work even if you have zero experience in property or land investment. Our members include full-time mums, a baby sleep specialist and a pilot.

Do I need money to buy land?

No. An option agreement lets you control a site without buying it, and when it sells the developer pays the landowner directly. It's one of the most accessible ways into property there is.

Can I do this remotely and part time?

Yes. Finding sites, appraising them and writing to landowners all happen from your laptop. Most of our members do this alongside a job or a family.

What if I can't attend live?

Recordings are included with your ticket, so you can watch (or rewatch) all sessions. Your daily tasks live in our Skool community too.
